GENERAL POLICIES

There are no refunds available for services after they have begun.

Cancellations are possible, but require 24 hours notice. You must cancel via phone when possible.

If you need to inquire about specific situations, it is best to email.

THERAPY

All general policies for cancellation and refunds apply to individual therapy as well.

RETREATS

All retreats have individual due dates for payments and individual policies. These will be sent out at the time of registration for participants.

TRAININGS

All general policies for cancellation and refunds apply to classes as well.

CONSULTATIONS

All general policies for cancellation and refunds apply to consultations as well.

Consultees may decide to no longer pursue certification via Colleen Klym / CK Therapy Services, but no refunds are given for the time spent prior to cancellation. It is up to the Consultee to determine the process for beginning with a new Consultant. Consultee must defer to the policies of David Grand and the Brainspotting.com website.

For Products (Our Shop)

You are entitled to cancel your order before it ships without giving any reason for doing so. In order to exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us of your decision by means of a clear statement that includes your order information and a way to verify time/date of the cancellation request. You can inform us of your decision by e-mail [email protected].

Once an item has shipped, you must initiate a return for a refund by contacting us. Returns must be initiated within 30 days of purchase.

We will reimburse you no later than 30 days from the day on which we receive the returned product. We will use the same means of payment as you used for the order, and you will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.

CONDITIONS FOR RETURNS

In order for the product to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

  • The product was purchased in the last 30 days

  • The product has not been opened

The following products cannot be returned:

  • Products that have been opened

  • Digital products that have immediate accessibility to view/use

We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions at our sole discretion.

RETURNING PHYSICAL PRODUCTS

You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the products to us. When your return request is accepted by us, we will provide you with an address for shipping.

We cannot be held responsible for goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, we recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the goods or proof of received return delivery.
