CKTherapyServices.com does have a shopping cart and check out system, as well as link to a Stripe checkout for trainings. All financial transactions are made via Stripe and are secure. We do not store your financial information.

CEs
CEs are a separate and only occasionally offered option for trainings. When CEs are available, it is the participants responsibility to purchase and follow up on the specific CE requirements given.
INDIVIDUAL RESPONSIBILITY
All services offered on CKTherapyServices.com are provided within the requirements of the LMFT licensure of the state of California. CKTherapyServices reserves the right to terminate any service at any time for any reason.
Individuals seeking services accept responsibility for their progress and results. CKTherapyServices.com make no guarantees in the individual effectiveness of any service as results vary by client.
You agree that you are using CKTherapyServices.com at your own risk. You release CKTherapyServices of any and all damages that may result from participation in any offered services.
MISCELLANEOUS
If any part of this agreement is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining parts shall continue in full force. The failure of either party to exercise any right provided for herein will not be deemed a waiver of that right.
In the event that a cause beyond the reasonable control of either party, such as acts of terrorism or natural disaster, make it impossible to complete a service, both parties agree to still attempt to meet the cancellation requirements.
